Düsseldorf Airport
Visitors can reach the exhibition centre from Düsseldorf Central Station by bus and train in around 25 minutes. The U78 and U79 underground lines can be accessed via lifts in the basement of the main station. To reach the East and South entrances as well as the Congress Centre, you can change at the ‘ Messe Ost / Stockumer Kirchstraße’ stop to bus route 722.

Parking spaces for people with disabilities
Reserved disabled parking spaces are available on Arena-Straße, directly in front of the North Entrance. These are intended for people who hold an official severe disability card bearing the designation “aG” or “Bl”.
Accessibility at the exhibition grounds
Messe Düsseldorf has 18 ground-level halls. Areas located on higher levels, including the upper floors of Hall 7 and rooms in the Congress Centre, are accessible via lifts. All halls have accessible toilet facilities; there are also ground-level restaurants and bistros.
Wheelchair hire, first aid and medical assistance
Wheelchairs can be hired from the first-aid station at the North Entrance. Advance booking is strongly recommended. Exhibition staff and the hall telephones at the entrances are available to answer any questions.
