Prior to installing at the end user location, the system is constructed and quality assurance tested at
VA Tech facilities. Training is carried out at VA Tech training center, and at the end user location
After installation, commissioning, and full system, programming by VA Tech Engineers, the
complete system is put into operation in the minimum possible time.
Process Engineering support is provided by VA Tech, and ongoing Customer Support programs are
individually designed to suit the end user requirements.

Slurry Tanks HD Series

The Slurry Tanks are designed for heavy duty, long life, and efficient consistent mixing of the slurry.
The heavy duty product range is available in many sizes up to 3300mm diameter, and with optional equipment available for operation in manual or robotized environments. The standard slurry tank is fully enclosed to allow safe operation with no accessible rotating parts. The drive cover assembly is easily detached to allow clear access to all components for maintenance
Water coolable blades are incorporated to enable precise control of slurry temperature in critical process conditions.
Machines are designed for ultra reliable operation with service life in excess of 15 years …..and still running safely.

The CERRAMIX product range includes batch or continuous mix machines. The equipment is designed specifically for investment casters and utilise the same power mixer unit for High Shear / Dispersion and for Stabilise or Hold Mixing of slurries. The mixer is powered via a digital variable frequency drive unit to enable optimised speeds and mixing times to be set for each mode. The total mix process cycle is achieved by simply pressing one button.
POWER MIXER: The mixer is designed for optimum mixing of ceramic slurries. The mixer is supported on a pivoting bracket and is easily raised and lowered in to the slurry. The mixer can be fitted with CM, CF or CD impellers to achieve the desired mixing condition.
CONTROL : The mix station can be supplied with a choice of two types of control system, ie; Type 1 and Type 2. With each type, the control system is contained in an enclosed cabinet for free standing use, attachment to the mixer frame, or for securing to an adjacent wall. Safety features are included to prevent propeller rotation unless the mixer is in the lowered position
