Iron & Steel

As the iron and steel industry faces new challenges to achieve more with existing assets, our focus is on what and how to innovate to increase productivity and overall operational efficiency using strategic thinking and technology as the key enablers to optimize capital effectiveness. We want to partner with you from inception through studies to precision execution, developing roadmaps to build capacity at every stage by focusing on the underlying issues, not the symptoms. Working together, we’ll simplify solutions by combining a deep, fundamental understanding of steelmaking processes with practical redeployment of established technologies from other industries.

By partnering with us, you will get tailored, innovative solutions that enhance your operation, save you money, and deliver value. Without investing major capital, you will see optimized productivity that exceeds nameplate capacity.

Digital solutions

We can help you increase automation and convert plants into digital environments.  These digital solutions can do more than shape innovation and take your business to new heights. They can create a step change in value, ushering in new business models and maximizing opportunities.

To get started, you need a roadmap that integrates people, processes, and technology holistically. The technology you select is simply a tool. It must consider all the stakeholders in your value chain: operators, management, clients, suppliers, and the communities in which you operate. It should address not just how to use digital to streamline your current business processes, but how to future-proof the next generation of operators, equipment, and processes. Our experts can help you define the best methods and make sure they are supported by the right technology and an enabled workforce.
