Burner internal nozzles motion is performed via small hydraulic actuator integrated to burner structure on the cold side of the furnace. Motion speed is controlled by flow of hydraulic fluid. There is only one moving connection via swivel joint – all other connections remain stationary, simple and compact installation. Available as compact unit with two integrated lances for carbon and lime injection
HTT injectors are designed to operate near to liquid steel. The injectors are made of water cooled forged copper parts and stainless steel tubes. The outside barell of the injectors is robust so it is able to resist scrap impact without the need of housing the injectors in water cooled boxes. Flame stucture for scrap preheating is designed as large volume flame “LVF” which ensures large area of scrap in contact with the burner hot gases. Supersonic oxygen nozzle is intergrated in the burner center.
Tap Clean device is used to clean the tap hole in case of any blockage is detected by the Tap Eye system. Device is using 6 axis robot which enables to reach the tap hole accuratelly and it is possible to install in mimimal space available. The robot is designed to withstand high temperature and dusty enviroment.
