Brightorb™ has exceptionally high dimensional accuracy and molding strength even in casting molten metal at extreme temperatures over 1600 °C. This facilitates precise casting with high-temperature molten metals such as stainless and cast steels, making Brightorb™ ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
Brightorb™ also contributes to reducing waste since it uses recyclable synthetics and as its basic ingredient.
In addition, Brightorb™ makes it possible to achieve substantial reductions in completion time and manufacturing cost by taking advantage of 3-D printing, whose use has been rapidly spreading in the mold manufacturing industry in recent years.
