E6POS produces robotic cells for gravity casting with or without seventh interpolated axis, complete with parameterization and subdivision in arcs of circular trajectory.

Monitoring control systems are integrated in the plant.

The E6POS team has studied different types of configurations and solutions to best meet the client’s needs:

Multiple robots with gantry frame and portal and shell in line, multifunctional robots with double casting coupler and drawing of the finished cast, feedhead cutting and palletisation of each piece.

In addition to the robotic cells E6POS provides powder coating basins and/or stainless steel blowing and designs, for the user’s safety, perimetral fencing with vertical sliding gates and barriers according to the safety standards.

Gravity permanent mould overturning points parameterized, self learned or guided by supervisor.
Overturning trailing system _ gravity permanent mould completely synchronised.

E6POS produces robotic cutting cells for ferrous and non-ferrous metals by using saw blades and ribs and belts

The automatic cells are studied and designed according to the material to be machined so as to ensure greater cutting and production performance.

Planning importance of a specific application makes our cutting process more accurate and efficient.

Thanks to our consolidated experience in different sectors, our work units can fit to the different cutting systems such as the water jet and laser cut.
