The new range of OLR represents the second generation of two platen machines and is the result of the development of the first generation lounced in year 2000. The new solutions are based on our long consolidated experience of more than 10 years of production, and are aimed to improve technical characteristics and get easier maintenance. All hydraulic blocks are modular and easy to be accessed. Key focus has been given to energy saving and optimal results are achieved thanks to some design solutions. 10 models are included in new OLR range, from 1000 to 4600 tons of clamping force and all machines offer large tie bar distance associated to a small foot print.
The HC series hot chamber machine for zinc alloys with a double toggle clamping unit offers high performance and extremely competitive running costs. The sturdy double toggle system with automatic lubrication ensures a long life and the hydraulic system with pump unit driven by servomotor and proportional valve for injection control ensures high performance and constant process parameters. The technologically advanced solution of the servomotor, as well as high dynamic features, is outstanding for its excellent energy efficiency allowing significant savings compared to the standard 3-phase motor. As standard supply, the machines are equipped with color HMI display of the injection curves and process monitoring. In the same “touch screen” display, the operator can read the information for setting and diagnostics.
