Nano-micro Meter High Radiative Coating Technology is a high radiative coating (HRC), high efficiency, environmentally friendly and innovative energy saving technology developed for the iron manufacturing industry, such as hot blast stoves, coke ovens and heating furnaces during new construction and overhaul projects.
HRC has been awarded 4 patents in China, 1 patent in Russia and 1 patent in Japan with patents pending world-wide. This technology has been applied and used successfully to 393 hot blast stoves and 4 coke ovens for more than 60 Chinese Iron and Steel organizations and Arcelormittal.
Application on Hot Blast Stove of Blast Furnace: HRC applied on the surface of checker bricks in the upper part of the regeneration chamber(high temperature part), which can increase the blast temperature for more than 10℃, or reduce gas consumption for more than 5%, or prolong the blast period for 10%, or realize all of these benefits together.
Application on Coke Oven: HRC applied on the surface of checker bricks in the upper part of the regeneration chamber and also on the surface of vertical fire channel., can reduce gas consumption by more than 3%, reduce the coking period, and improve the coke quality.
