Excellent training company 2023 is Silbitz Group Torgelow

The Silbitz Group Torgelow GmbH was honored by the IHK Neubrandenburg for special commitment to career orientation, vocational training and specialist development of young people. With the “Top Training Company” seal of quality, the foundry company is one of the award-winning training companies in eastern Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. 

In order to receive the title "Top Training Company", it is a basic requirement that the company has been providing training of a very good quality for at least five years. 

Digitization and sustainability were this year's main topics that decide on the award - categories in which the Torgelow foundry can score with innovative thinking and action. The jury was also impressed by the short distance to the vocational school, which is located directly in town. Free work clothes, family contact and the payment of 40 euros per month on a credit card for the trainees were also convincing. 

The Silbitz Group Torgelow trains the professions of foundry mechanic, construction mechanic and mechatronics technician. There are currently over 20 trainees in the company.
