Outotec acquired Millteam Sweden's service business

Outotec has strengthened its service business by acquiring Millteam Sweden's businesses. Millteam offers maintenance services, complete installations, installation supervision, maintenance inspections and service of equipment for mining companies and has special expertise in grinding mill service. The annual sales volume of the Millteam business is approximately € 4 million and it employs 35 persons. The parties have agreed not to disclose the acquisition price. The Millteam acquisition is supporting Outotec's strategy to expand its service business. With the new service center in Sweden Outotec can provide better life-cycle services for its customers in Europe and the CIS area.
